摘　　要：目的探讨神阙灸联合针刺治疗男性勃起功能障碍的有效性与安全性。方法选取本院2014年6月至2016年6月接收的勃起功能障碍患者100例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组给予针刺疗法治疗，研究组给予神阙灸联合针刺法治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者国际勃起功能指数-5（IIEF-5）评分、中医临床症状积分改善情况均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用神阙灸联合针刺治疗男性勃起功能障碍能有效改善患者症状，值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of acupuncture moxibustion treatment of male erectile dysfunction. Meth- ods 100 cases of erectile dysfunction treated in our hospital from Jun 2014 to Jun 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 50 cases. Patients in control group underwent acupuncture treatment, and patients in the ex- perimental group underwent acupuncture moxibustion therapy, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of patients with IIEF -5 score,TCM symptom score improvement was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of erectile dysfunction can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with erectile dysfunction, thus it is worthy of promotion.
