高血压患者血液同型半胱氨酸水平与心室重构的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解高血压患者血液同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与心室重构的相关性，探讨检测血液Hcy水平对高血压患者心室重构的预测、预防的11盘床意义及价值。方法随机选取昆明医科大学第一附属医院就诊的不具有与血液Hcy水平相关的其他疾病的高血压患者100例，对患者进行Hcy水平及超声心动图检查，分析Hcy与心室重构的相关性。结果心室重构组患者Hcy值明显高于非心室重构组，高血压患者Hcy值与心脏室间隔厚度、左心室重量指数呈正相关，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者室间隔越厚、左心重量指数越高，Hcy值越高，提示高血压患者血液Hcy水平与高血压心室重构相关，血液Hcy值可预测高血压患者是否心室重构及程度。Objective This study aimed to realize the relationship between homocysteine in the blood and ventricular remode- ling. Investigate whether ventricular remodeling can be forecasted by homocysteine levels. Methods 100 patients with hypertension were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. All patients were tested with the homoeysteine levels and examined by echocardiography,to analyze the correlation between homocysteine levels and ventricular remodeling. Results The ventricular remodeling group compared with the non-ventrieular remodeling group,homocysteine values of patients with ventricular remodeling are significantly higher（P〈0.01） and most of patients with ventricular remodeling are men and smokers, their average age is older,blood pressure is higher,more patients hadn＇t to take medicine regularly（P〈0.05）. The group with normal Hey com- pared with the group with abnormal I-Icy,the number of male in the group with abnormal Hcy was significantly more than the nor- mal group,the age was greater than the normal group,the number of patients who didn＇t take medicine regularly was more than the normal group,the smokers was more than the normal group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cardiac interventricular septum is thicker or the left ventricutar mass index is bigger in patients with hypertension, the homocysteine value is higher. The results suggested that homocysteine value is correlated with left ventricular remodeling in patients with hypertension. Blood Hcy values can predict whether left ventricular remodeling occurs and the degree of left ventricular remodeling.
