摘　　要：高校新生主题教育是大学新生步入高校的第一课,是新生适应大学生活、顺利成长成才的关键。随着时代的发展,"以人为本"的教育理念逐步在高校中推行,在这个过程中,尚存理念认知不足、新生为主观念不明显、主题教育针对性低等问题。面对这些问题,深度挖掘"以人为本"理论贯彻执行的方法,创建并完善"以人为本"的高校新生主题教育格局,是提高高校新生主题教育成效,帮助新生适应崭新大学生活、顺利完成学业的重要课题。The theme education of college freshmen is the first lesson of college freshmen into college and the key to their adaptation to college life and successful development. With the development of the times, the ＂people-ori- ented＂ education idea is gradually carried out in colleges and in the process there exist such problems as the insuffi- ciency of cognitive idea, the less obvious freshmen-dominated idea and the ineffective objective of the theme educa- tion. Faced with these problems, we should further develop the ways to carry out the ＂people-oriented＂ theory, and create and perfect the pattern of the theme education of college freshmen, which is an important task to improve the theme education of college freshmen, help the freshmen adapt to the new college life and successfully complete their studies.
