东南亚地区孔子学院分布及影响因素分析

摘　　要：随着"一带一路"战略的实施,中国和东南亚国家经贸、科技、文化、教育交流将愈加频繁,孔子学院也将进入新的发展阶段。本文通过统计东南亚地区孔子学院分布、数量、国内合作办学机构,从各国人口数量、华人比例、经济水平、教育基础、贸易和旅游需求、文化同源性等方面分析影响东南亚地区孔子学院分布的因素,提出未来孔子学院在东南亚地区的增长空间。同时,建议云南省高等院校抓住"一带一路"发展契机,利用地缘优势、突出办学特色,多角度、多层面开展国际合作办学,不断拓展办学功能,加强教育双向交流,实现健康可持续发展。With the implementation of the ＂One Belt and One Road ＂ Initiative, there will be more exchanges in terms of economy, trade, science and technology, culture and education between China and Southeast Asian countries, and the Confucius Institutes will also enter a new stage of develop- ment. This paper studies the influencing factors of the distribution of the Confucius Institutes in Southeast Asia through an statistical analysis of their distribution, number, Chinese partners, as well as the local Chinese population, the economic and educational levels, trade and tourism needs, and cultural homogeneity. The orientation of the future growth of Confucius Institutes in Southeast Asia is presented as well. In the meantime, the universities and colleges in Yunnan province should seize the developmental opportunity of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ Initiative. Utilizing the geographical advanta- ges, highlighting the education characteristics, improving multiple-level international cooperation and educational functions, and strengthening two-way communications are necessary in achieving their healthy and sustainable development.
