摘 要:目前,椎弓根螺钉固定技术由于其三柱稳定固定而广泛应用于临床,但患者一旦合并骨质疏松,其内固定失败风险将会大大增加。针对骨质疏松椎体,骨水泥强化空心侧孔螺钉固定技术不仅操作简单,安全性高,而且能够为骨质疏松性椎体提供稳定持久固定,但同时其也存在设计不合理,骨水泥弥散不均,翻修困难,远期疗效不明确等缺点。本文就骨水泥强化空心侧孔螺钉固定技术的强化原理、力学特性和临床应用、骨水泥渗漏及优缺点研究现状作一综述。Pedicle screw fixation technique is now widely used in clinic because of its three-columns stable fixation, but once the patients with osteoporosis, the risk of failure of fixation will be greatly increased. For the osteoporotic vertebral body, the technique of bone cement augmented fenestrated pedicle screw is not only convenient, safe ,but also can provide stable and lasting fixed. However, it also has unreasonable design, uneven dispersion of bone cement, renovation difficulties, far Term efficacy is not clear and other shortcomings. This article will review research progress of bone cement augmented fenestrated pedicle screw technique, including the principle, the biomechanical analysis and clinical application, the bone cement leakage ,the advantages and disadvantages.
