摘  要:采用反应铸造法在工业化生产条件下制备了原位TiCp/Fe复合材料.在保证Ti与C反应质量比为4:1的基础上,通过正交试验设计及金相组织观察和性能测试,研究了不同成分配比和工艺参数对材料组织与性能的影响,优化了该材料的制备工艺.结果表明:C和Ti质量分数增加,TiC颗粒体积分数增加,可提高材料的性能;Si质量分数过高,可降低冲击韧性;反应温度在1600~1700℃范围内,对材料性能影响波动不大;随着保温时间延长,TiC反应合成充分、尺寸会变大.In the condition of industrialized production, in Situ iron - matrix composites reinforced by TiCp reacting casting means has been prepared. On the base of react mass ratio of Ti: C is 4:1, the effects of composition and technological parameters on microstructures and mechanical properties of the material have been studied, which was by means of orthogonal test method, observing metallographical microstructure and testing properties; the preparing technology of the material got optimization. The results showed that with C and Ti content increasing, TiC particle volume fraction increased, material's properties improved; Si content over high fall the material's concussion toughness; the influence to the composite's properties is little when the reactive temperature is between 1600 ℃ and 1700 ℃ ; with the heat preservation time increased, TiC react and synthesize sufficient, the size of particle become big.
