宁夏农地制度变迁的经济绩效分析

摘　　要：文章运用理论探讨与实证相结合的方法,分阶段(1950—1957,1958—1977,1978—2001,2002—2014)分析了宁夏农地制度变迁对农业产出的影响。结果表明:从整体看1950—2014年农地制度变迁作用于劳动力、资本、土地要素时均对农业产出有显著影响;分阶段来看,农地制度变迁作用于劳动力要素时对农业产出的作用呈现下降趋势,农地制度变迁作用于土地要素时对农业产出的显著影响集中在家庭联产承包责任制(1978—2001年)时期,在农地流转的合法化时期(2002—2014),农地制度作用于资本要素时对农业产出的影响显著。以此提出新时期下做好土地流转工作,保证农业资本要素投入等建议。This paper analyzes the influence of farmland institution change in Ningxia province on agricultural output in four stages （1950- 1957, 1958-1977, 1978-2001and2002-2014） by using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.The results shows as follows： the labor, capital and land are factors on agricultural output has a significant impact on the whole 1950-2014 years of farmland institution change.In a phased manner, the effect of farmland institutionchange in agricultural labor input has a decreasing trend on agricultural output. The effect of farmland institution change in land factors has significant impacton agricultural output concentration in the household contract responsibility system （1978-2001）. During the period of legalization of farmland circulation （2002-2014）, agricultural land system on the role of capital elements of agriculturaloutput was significant. So as to put forward the land circulation under the new period, to ensure the investment of agricultural capital elements and so on.
