摘　　要：近年来,涌现出一大批影响巨大的老旧工业厂房改造再利用项目,但相关研究资料和成果较为零散,成套技术欠缺。重庆鹅岭二厂国际文创孵化公园工程的成功实施,形成了老旧厂房可靠性检测鉴定技术、老旧厂房加固改造技术(包括厂房间增设交通连廊加固改造技术、厂房增设夹层加固改造技术、厂房增设艺术阳台加固改造技术、厂房增设消防楼梯改造技术、增设钢螺旋楼梯改造技术等系列技术)、加固改造施工风险评估技术及老旧厂房加固改造工程管理模式成套技术,成为重庆市老旧工业厂房改造利用成功的范例。In recent years, a large number of influential old industrial plants arc under renovation for reuse, but there is a lack of relevant research references and accomplishments as well as a complete set of technology. The international cultural incubator park （＂ICIP＂ for short） project of the Second Printing Factory in E＇ling, Chongqing has been successfully done, settling related technologies for old industrial plants, including reliability detection and idantiflcation technology, reinforcement and renovation technology （containing the addition of traffic corridor, mezzanine, art balcony, firefighter stair- cases, steel helical stairs and so forth）, risk evaluation technology and the management model. Therefore, it serves as a successful case of the renovation and reuse of old industrial plants in Chongqing.
