高血压患者饮酒与主观幸福感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析饮酒对高血压患者主观幸福感的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2015年10月成都市第三人民医院心血管内科收治的高血压病人共243例,饮酒患者做为试验组(n=61),不饮酒患者做为对照组(n=182),按饮酒程度将饮酒研究人群分为4个级别,比较两组主观幸福感(SWB)水平,并分析其与饮酒的相关性。结果饮酒组的总体幸福感量表(GWB)水平为(76.59±10.45),对照组GWB水平为(79.07±10.21)(t=-1.629,P=0.105);饮酒组高血压三级患者49例,对照组高血压三级患者135例(χ~2=0.941,P=0.332);GWB水平与饮酒程度的相关性分析显示,Spearman相关系数为-0.127(P=0.048)。结论饮酒量与高血压患者的GWB水平有相关性,高血压病人幸福感随饮酒量的增加而降低。Objective To analyze the effect of alcohol drinking on the subjective well-being in patients with hypertension.Methods 243 hypertensive patients treated in The Third People＇s Hospital of Chengdu from July of 2014 to October of 2015 were selected and divided into the experiment group with 61 drinkers and the control group with 182 non-drinkers.The drinkers in the experiment group were further divided into 4 subgroups according to the degree of alcohol intake and compared between the subgroups.The subjective well-being was compared between the experiment group and the control group and the correlation between subjective well-being and alcohol drinking was analyzed.Results The mean general well-being（GWB）of the experiment group was 76.59±10.45 and that of the control group was 79.07±10.21,and there were no significant differences between the two groups（t=-1.629,P=0.105）.There were 49 patients with hypertension of tertiary degree in the experiment group,while there were 135 in the control group,and there were no statistical significance between the two groups（χ^2=0.941,P=0.332）.The results of the correlation analysis showed that the level of GWB was correlated with the degree of alcohol intake（t=-0.127,P =0.048）.Conclusion The degree of alcohol intake is correlated with SWB in patients with hypertension,and their subjective well-being decreases with the increase of alcohol intake.
