摘  要:从表征流态的物理量出发,利用模型的相似理论,通过计算建立了铝合金旋转喷吹除气系统的物理模型.以CO2-NaOH体系来模拟实际的铝液净化,通过二次回归正交试验和计算得到气流量、转速与处理时间的二次回归方程,确定了获取旋转喷吹除气速率的最佳工艺参数.A physical model for spinning rotor degassing of aluminum alloys was built by calculating in light of physical dimensions representing flowing according to similar theory for model. Practical purification processes of aluminum alloys were simulated based on CO2- NaOH system and quadric regression equation about the relationship of gas flowing amount, rotating speed and treating time was gained through quadric regression orthogonal experiment and calculation. Finally, optimal parameters used in spinning rotor degassing were determined.
