摘 要:为了获得微波辐照时动物体内的精确电磁受照剂量,设计制作了1 800 MHz微波辐照大鼠体内测量系统,测试了测量系统的方向性、测量范围、灵敏度和在不同介电特性溶液中的响应等参数。测量系统的电场测量范围为1.75~529.33 V/m、灵敏度0.20 V/m。测量系统相较于其它电磁暴露量测量设备,具有尺寸小、测量下限低的优点,在介质以及动物体内的电场测量上具有较大的优势。测量系统在不同溶液中的响应系数随着介质相对介电常数的增大而减小,且当相对介电常数大于20后渐趋于平稳。实验还测定了1 800 MHz微波辐照下大鼠大脑及肝脏组织的电场值,并与数值计算结果进行了比较,两者一致。In order to determine the precise dose of electromagnetic radiation for microwave irradiation of animals, an in vivo electric field measurement system was designed for use in rats exposed to 1 800 MHz microwave radiation. The parameters of the measurement system, such as directionality, measuring range, sensitivity, and response were tested using solutions with different dielectric properties. The electric field measurement range and sensitivity of the system were 1.75-529.33 V/m and 0.20 V/m, respectively. Compared with other equipment used for measuring electromagnetic exposure, this system had smaller volume and lower limit of detection, which was advantageous for measuring electric fields in media and in animals. In a homogeneous medium, the voltage-electric field response coefficient decreased as the relative permittivity increased, and the coefficient only a small change when the relative permittivity was higher than 20. The values of electric fields in the brain and liver of rats exposed to 1 800 MHZ microwave radiation were measured and compared with the results of numerical calculations; both were found to be in good agreement.
