中医药治疗免疫性不孕不育症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗免疫性不孕不育症的临床效果。方法:95例免疫性不孕不育症患者,随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(48例)。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予中医药治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为82.98%(39/47),高于对照组的54.17%(26/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗免疫性不孕不育症的临床效果显著,临床疗效优于西医治疗,是治疗免疫性不孕不育症的有效方法。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of immunological infertility. Methods ：95 patients with immune infertility were randomly divided into observation group （n = 47 ） and control group （n = 48 ）. The control group was given western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Chinese medicine treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results ： The total effective rate of the observation group was 82. 98% （39/47）, which was higher than that of the control group （26/48）, and the difference was statistically signif- icant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for treating immune infertility is significant. The clinical curative effect is better than western medicine. It is an effective method for the treatment of immune infertility.
