分析中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:80例高位复杂性肛瘘患者,随机分为中药治疗组以及参照组,每组40例,参照组给予低位切开高位挂线法治疗,中药治疗组给予中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、愈合时间、疼痛评分、分泌物量评分、肛门功能恢复情况以及复发率进行比较分析。结果:通过对比发现,中药治疗组患者的临床疗效、愈合时间、疼痛评分、分泌物量评分、肛门功能恢复情况以及复发率与参照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效,安全性较高,复发率较低,可有效的减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical et^qeaey of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with low incision and high - level hanging method in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods ： 80 eases of high complex anal fistula patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 eases in each group, the control group was given low incision and high hanging line therapy, Chinese medicine treatment group treated by herbal fumigation combined with low incision and high hanging line therapy, a comparative analysis of the elinleal effleaey of the two groups of patients, healing time, pain score, the amount of secretion score, anal function recovery and recurrence rate were. Results ： By contrast, traditional Chi- nese medicine clinical curative effect, the treatment group patients recovery and recurrence rate and reference group compared with significant difference time, pain score, secretion score, anal function （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with low incision and high threading method on the treatment of high complex anal fistula is high, and the recurrence rate is low, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
