应用电针联合中药保留灌肠对重症急性胰腺炎并发肠麻痹的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针配合中药保留灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发肠麻痹的临床疗效。方法:49例SAP并发肠麻痹患者,随机分为A组(24例,对照组)和B组(25例,治疗组)。A组给予西医常规治疗加中药保留灌肠,B组给予西医常规治疗加中药保留灌肠并配合电针治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合中药保留灌肠,能够更加有效缓解SAP患者的病情,在恢复SAP肠麻痹方面效果明显。Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of eleetroacupuneture combined with herb retention - enema on patients with severe acute pancrea- titis （SAP） complicated with intestinal paralysis. Methods： 49 patients with SAP complicated with intestinal paralysis were randomly divided into A group （n = 24, control group） and B group （n = 25 ）. Group A was given conventional westem medicine and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, group B was given conventional western medicine treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with electroacupuncture treat- ment. Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results ： The indexes of group B were better than those of group A, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with herb retention - enema on patients with SAP complicated with intestinal paralysis is superior remarkably than that of conventional lreatment.
