摘　　要：对中国和世界毛纺组织(IWTO)的毛绒标准体系进行了对比研究,分析了标准制定机构和制定程序的差异和特点,从标准类型、检测项目、参数设置、技术与设备等角度对标准制定水平进行了全面对比,阐述了两个标准体系的各自特点。为中国毛绒标准体系的进一步完善提出了具体的意见和建议。This paper compares the difference between fiber standards systems in China and IWTO, analyzes the features of the standard organizations and their standards development procedures, comprehensively compares the standards development level in terms of standard types, test items, parameter settings and technology and equipment, elaborates the characteristics of the two standards systems, and gives suggestions for further improving the standards system in China.
