克霉唑联合洁尔阴洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察克霉唑栓联合洁尔阴洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:120例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,随机分为初发组(80例,初次发病者)及复发组(40例)。其中初发组中观察组40例,对照组40例;复发组中观察组20例,对照组20例。观察组采用克霉唑栓联合洁尔阴洗液进行治疗,对照组采用克霉唑栓进行治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:无论初发组还是复发组中观察组临床总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:克霉唑栓联合洁尔阴洗液治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of Clotrimazole Suppositories Jieeryin lotion vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods： 120 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into primary group （n = 80） and recurrence group （n = 40）. In the prima- ry group, 40 cases in the observation group and the control group （n = 40）, the observation group （n = 20） and the control group （n = 20）. The observation group used Clotrimazole Suppositories Jieeryin lotion for treatment, the control group using Clotrimazole Suppositories treatment, observe the curative effect of two groups. Results ： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statis- tically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The clinical efficacy of clotrimazole associated with Jerrying the treatment of vulvovaginal candidacies（ VVC）was significant with low recurrent rate, which made it reliable. So it was worth promoting.
