摘  要:分析了磁流变液稳定性的影响因素,采用正交实验法在不同粒径大小、Fe颗粒不同包覆层厚度和不同数量添加剂油酸条件下制备磁流变液,并对磁流变液的沉降速率进行记录。其中不同包覆厚度的羰基铁粉颗粒采用不同浓度的PVA溶液制备得到。结果表明,颗粒粒径对沉降稳定性影响最明显。颗粒粒径越大沉降速度越快。油酸可以一定程度上提高磁流变液流动性及稳定性。聚乙烯醇PVA包覆对提高沉降稳定性有一定效果,但是随着厚度的增加稳定性变差。In order to analysis influence factors of magnetorheological fluid, an orthogonal test has been designed. The magnetorheological fluid samples, with soft magnetic particle of carbonyl iron, carrier of shock absorbing oil used in tracked vehicle, additive of stearic acid, kaolin were prepared by using different size partials, different thickness PVA cladding and different amount of oleinic acid. Record the setting velocity of MRF. Different concentration PVA solution has been prepared to get particle with different thickness of coating layer. Result reveals, partical size is the largest factors which influence the stability of settlement, the bigger particles, the faster settling velocity. Oleinic acid can improve MRF liquidity and stability. PVA cladding has some effect, but with the increase of thickness, stability decline.
