乳腺钼靶片对早期乳腺癌的X线诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对早期乳腺癌X线征象的认识,提高早期乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法:采用全数字化乳腺钼靶常规摄影,对经手术及病理学检查证实的60例早期乳腺癌的X线表现资料进行回顾性分析。结果:其中导管原位癌及导管原位伴早浸52例,小叶原位癌及小叶癌早浸8例。其X线影像表现为:全组25例表现为肿瘤结节,32例表现恶性钙化,其余表现非对称性的局限性密度增高,乳腺结构扭曲紊乱,星芒征,合并血管增粗。结论:早期乳腺癌无论在临床表现、影像学检查均可出现不典型特征,全数字化乳腺钼靶摄片是发现早期乳腺癌的重要手段。Objective： To improve the understanding of the x-ray features of breast cancer in early stage,in order to improve the diagnostic rate of early stage breast cancer. Methods：Respectively analyze of 60 breast cancers cases which were proved by surgery and pathology was done. Results：Ductal carcinoma in situ and ductal carcinoma in situ with early invasive in 52 cases,lobular carcinoma in situ and lobular carcinoma with early invasive in 8 cases. The X-ray images featares as follows：25 cases showed knob,32 cases presented clustered calcifications,the others demonstrated small focus of increased density, focal architecture distortion,and strong vessel. Conclusion：Early stage breast cancer often displayed atypical features in physical examination and mammography, The mammogralphy are important for the early-diagnosis of breast cancer.
