摘　　要：针对迈腾1.8TSI发动机无法起动的故障现象,利用通用故障诊断仪KT600、万用表、跳线盒等,分析发动机无法起动的故障原因在于主继电器J271至发动机电控单元J623的T94/69电路断路、起动继电器J682自身故障,导致J623无法通信、起动机不转,引起发动机无法起动的故障。In this article, the diagnosis machineKT600, mullimeter and jumper holders are used to analyze the engine fault on Magotan 1.8TSI. The reason is found to be T94/69 eireuit break between the main relay J271 and engine ECU J623, as well as the fault on starting relay J682, which together caused unfunctional of communication on J623, starter and engine.
