杭州市社区居民健康管理服务需求与利用现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市社区居民对健康管理服务的需求与利用现状,为政府和社区卫生服务机构开展社区健康管理提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,在杭州市主城区抽取6家社区卫生服务中心,自行设计调查问卷对样本社区接受过健康管理服务的居民进行问卷调查。结果被调查居民中至少患1种慢性病有80人(19.6%),居民自评健康状况以"一般"和"较好"为主;59.2%的被调查居民知晓健康档案服务,53.2%的被调查居民知晓责任医师服务;各项健康管理服务需求人数均在半数以上;被调查居民接受过的健康管理服务前3位分别是健康体检(72.8%)、健康档案(35.4%)和健康风险评估服务(20.4%)。结论杭州市社区居民对相关服务项目知晓度一般,对健康管理服务需求较高,但对除常规体检外的各项健康管理服务利用水平较低。OBJECTIVE To understand community residents＇ demands for health management service and utilization situation, thenprovide reference basis for the government and community health service institution to carry out community health management.METHODS Adopting stratified random sampling method based on the population structure, draw three community health service cen-ter from Hangzhou urban area, carry out the investigation to sample community residents with the self-designed questionnaire. RESULTS The number of surveyed residents who had at least one chronic disease was 80（19.6%）. Residents＇ self-reported health con-dition is given priority with＂general＂and＂good＂; There were 59.2% surveyed residents knew the health record service and 53.2%know the responsibility physician services. The top 3 health management service that surveyed residents received were physical exami-nation（72.8%）, health record（35.4%） and Health risk assessment services（20.4%）. CONCLUSION Community residents had generalcognition for related service project and the demands for health management service was high. The utilization level of the health man-agement service in addition to the routine examination was low.
