稽留流产术后口服克龄蒙的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察稽留流产术后口服雌孕激素续贯治疗的临床效果,比较不同时间开始使用克龄蒙在稽留流产后的疗效差异,为减少稽留流产术后并发症提供治疗依据。方法对2013年11月—2015年1月在复旦大学妇产科医院因稽留流产行刮宫术的患者129例,按就诊的先后顺序随机分为3组:克龄蒙组(d0)、克龄蒙(d4)和空白对照组。所有入组对象在治疗后2周,以及之后每次停药当天复诊,总共3个周期共随访4次,了解术后血清雌二醇(E_2)水平、子宫内膜厚度,记录术后90天的出血模式。结果经过3个周期的治疗,d0组和d4组的雌激素水平和内膜厚度都能维持在相对稳定的水平,月经周期更规律可靠。结论稽留流产术后预防性使用克龄蒙周期治疗可以规律月经周期,维持血E2清水平,维持内膜厚度,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical application of hormone cycle treatment after the missed abortion operation,the clini-cal of comparison between different Climen groups. METHODS From November 2013 to January 2015,in Obstetrics and GynecologyHospital of Fudan University,129 cases of patients missed abortion curettage surgery according to the order of clinic were randomlydivided into 3 groups：Climen group（d0）,Climen group（d4）and the blank control group.All into the set of objects in 2 weeks aftertreatment,and after each withdrawal on the day of the visit,a total of three menstrual cycles were followed up for 4 times,under-stand the postoperative serum E_2 level,endometrial thickness,record of 90 days after hemorrhage model. RESULTS After 3 cyclesof treatment,the two Climen groups may had relatively stable levels of estrogen and endometrium thickness,more stable and regularmenstrual cycles. CONCLUSION Hormone cycle treatment after the missed abortion operation,could regular menstrual cycles,main-tain the serum estradiol levels and the endometrium thickness,which was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
