摘 要:以神木县粉煤为试验对象、腐殖酸为黏合剂,制备了型煤;以压缩强度和跌落强度为考核指标,采用理论分析法、扫描电镜(SEM)和电位测试等手段对型煤黏合剂用腐殖酸的作用机制进行了探究。研究结果表明:当w(腐殖酸)=4%(相对于原煤质量而言)时,制得的型煤之压缩强度和跌落强度相对最高、综合性能相对最好;腐殖酸溶液与粉煤混合均匀后,会产生吸附、胶接、螯合和络合等作用,从而使物料颗粒之间更好结合在一起;型煤中腐殖酸掺量对Zeta电位有一定的影响,即其会降低煤颗粒表面Zeta电位,从而有效提高了型煤的强度。With pulverized coal from Shenmu county as test object, humic acid as adhesive, a prepared. With compression strength and falling strength as evaluation indexes, the action mechanism for briquette adhesive was investigated b test methods. The research results showe Y d theoretical analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) briquette was of humic acid and potential that the briquette had the relatively maximal compression strength and falling strength, and the relatively best combination property when mass fraction of humic acid was 4% in raw coal. The humie acid solution and powder coal were evenly mixed, then it would have the adsorption, bonding, chelation and complexation effects, thus the eombination between material particles was better. The humic acid content in briquette had a certain impact on the Zeta potential because it will reduce the Zeta potential of coal particle surfaee, thus the strength of briquette was effectively improved.
