辨证论治针灸疗法在类风湿性关节炎康复治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究辨证论治针灸疗法在类风湿性关节炎康复治疗中的作用。方法:回顾分析2015年1月至2017年1月期间在我院治疗的86例类风湿性关节炎患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例患者。对照组患者采用口服中药治疗,观察组患者采用辨证论治针灸疗法,观察对比两组患者康复效果。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状(关节压痛、关节肿胀、关节疼痛)评分、关节僵硬时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证论治针灸疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎,具有显著的效果,可促进患者的快速康复,值得临床推广和应用。Objective：To study the dialectical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in a role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis rehabilitation. Methods： retrospective analysis in January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital during the period of treatment of the clinical data of 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 patients in each group. Control group were treated by oral Chinese medicine treatment, the observation group were treated by acupuncture dialectical treatment, to observe rehabilitation effect compared two groups of patients. Results： the observation group of patients clinical total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Observation group of patients with clinical symptoms（joint tenderness and joint swelling, joint pain） score, joint stiffness time were significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： acupuncture therapy for rheumatoid arthritis, dialectical treatment has obvious effect, can promote the rapid recovery of the patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
