摘　　要：目的:慢性萎缩性胃炎是临床上比较常见的消化系统疾病。它是一种癌前病变,是由多种致病因素所导致的疾病。舌诊具有悠久的历史,是中医学比较独特而具有代表性的诊断方法之一,。拟探舌诊在诊治慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变中的应用价值。方法:通过查阅文献,进行文献调查的方式,对慢性萎缩性胃炎的概念与病因病机、舌诊的概念与基本原理、中西医对舌苔的认识、国内外对舌苔与疾病关系的研究、CAG癌前病变舌象的研究等,来论述舌诊的应用价值。结果:通过文献研究发现,萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的舌象具有一定的规律性和特异性。舌诊可以作为一种筛查手段,应用于本病的临床筛查。结论:中医舌诊在慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的诊疗过程中具有很珍贵的临床价值。它对推断和估计疾病的预后、转归起着重要的作用。应进一步深入研究下去。Objective： Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common clinical diseases of the digestive system. It is a kind of precancerous lesions, is diseases caused by a variety of pathogenic factors. Tongue diagnosis has a long history, is a traditional Chinese medicine is unique and one of the typical diagnosis method,. The exploration of tongue diagnosis in application of value in the diagnosis and treatment of Precancerous lesions of CAG. Methods： Through literature and literature investigation, the concept, etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis, the concept and basic principle of tongue diagnosis, traditional Chinese and western medicine understanding of tongue coating, the research about the relation between tongue coating and disease at home and abroad, the research of precancerous lesions of CAG in the tongue, such as research, to discuss the application of tongue diagnosis value. Results： Through the literature research found that the tongue of the atrophic gastritis to cancer has certain regularity and specificity. Tongue diagnosis can be used as a screening method, applied to clinical screening for the disease.Conclusion： The tongue of TCM clinical is very valuable in the process of diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, Precancerous lesions of CAG. It plays a positive role In judging the prognosis of disease, estimated disease outcome. It to infer and estimate the prognosis of the disease, outcome plays an important role. Further study should be carried out.
