摘　　要：本文从分析教育部科技查新工作站近十年的发展变化入手,着重研究其创新开展知识产权服务的潜力,并就如何实施提出相关建议。This paper analyzes the development of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Station in Ministry of Education over the past ten years, and focuses on its potential of innovatively promoting the intellectual property service. In the meanwhile, the author puts forward the correlation proposal on the implementation.
