摘  要:合金焊丝钢由于碳含量低。钢水氧活度较高。造成钢水非金属夹杂物多,铸坯产品内部质量缺陷等级较高,并易出现中心缩孔、裂纹等,用户在使用过程中会出现系列问题,对水钢产品占领市场,满足用户需求不利。本文介绍了水钢炼钢厂通过冶炼工艺改进提高了合金焊丝钢产品质量。Since carbon content in alloy welding wire steel is low, oxygen activity in molten steel is high. Therefore, there arc a lot of non-metallic inclusions in steel and many internal defects in billet, center contraction cavities and cracks often arise in billet. Many problems will appear in use process, which is disadvantageous for Shuigang's products to capture market and meet requirements of users. It is introduced that quality of alloy welding wire steel is enhanced by steelmaking process improvement in our steelmaking plant.
