功能疏解视角下北京市产业关联度研究——基于投入产出模型的分析  

Analysis on the Industrial Correlation Degree of Beijing from the Perspective of Urban Functions Dispersion: Based on the Input-Output Model

摘　　要：利用投入产出模型测度了北京市分行业门类的产业关联度状况,以期作为北京非首都功能疏解难易程度和对未疏解行业的影响大小的判别依据之一。研究发现:首先,从分行业门类的完全消耗系数来看,多数行业在其行业内部具有较高的产业关联性。其次,在影响力系数和感应度系数现状和变化分析的基础上,根据各行业影响力系数和感应度系数交叉分析,分四种类型:Ⅰ强辐射、强制约型(4个),Ⅱ弱辐射、强制约型(5个),Ⅲ弱辐射、弱制约型(9个),Ⅳ强辐射、弱制约型(1个),2002—2012年,仅4个行业发生类型改变。最后,从功能疏解角度,对不同类型行业的疏解难易程度和对未疏解行业影响大小进行探讨,其中Ⅰ强辐射、强制约型因其与其他行业的关联度较高,Ⅱ弱辐射、强制约型是其他行业发展的重要保障,疏解对其他行业的制约作用较强,这两种类型疏解对未疏解产业影响相对较大;Ⅲ弱辐射、弱制约型因其对其他行业的辐射和制约作用相对都较弱,Ⅳ强辐射、弱制约型虽其发展对其他行业的辐射带动较强,但其他行业对其需求引力不高,故而这两种类型疏解对未疏解产业影响相对较小。Due to the existence of industry associations among different industries, the development of an industry not only directly or indirectly affects the development of other industries, but also is affected by the development of its related industries. By using the complete consuming coefficient, influence coefficient and response coefficient of input- output model, the industrial correlation degree of Beijing is measured for which can become one of the basis for the identification of non capital function in Beijing. The results show that： firstly, from the perspective of the complete consuming coefficient, most industries have a high industrial relevance with their owns. Secondly, according to the influence coefficient and the response coefficient, the industries are divided into four types： the strong radiation and strong restriction type （type Ⅰ）, the weak radiation but strong restriction type （type Ⅱ）, the weak radiation and weak restriction type （type Ⅲ）, the strong radiation but weak restriction type （type Ⅱ）; there are 4 industries change the type in 2002-2012. Finally, we discuss the difficulty and influence of different industries＇ dispersion from the perspective of urban functions dispersion. The dispersion of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ may have a large influence on other related industries. The dispersion of type Ⅲ and type IV may have a small influence on other related industries.
