The Spatial Pattern of Automobile Sales Service(4S Shop) in Urban Scale——A Case Study of Chang'an Automobile 4S Shop

摘  要:利用网络密度、趋势面分析、ESDA-GIS/Geo Da等方法,对2016年长安汽车不同系列车型4S店数量在全国255个城市(地级及以上城市)的空间分布格局进行研究。结果表明:不同车型网络密度差异显著,呈现出乘用型>轻型>商务型,乘用型汽车具有较强的销售优势;4S店数量空间分布整体呈东部=中部>西部、中部>南方>北方趋势,空间分布具有集聚特性;乘用型、轻型空间分布相似,与商务型分布差异较大;4S店空间分布与GDP高度关联,与人口相关性较弱,且被巴彦淖尔—普洱线分割的东西部差异较大;4S店热点区集中分布在京津冀、长三角、成渝三大城市群,次热点集中在珠三角城市群、黄河以南长江以北的中东部地区,冷点区分布在新疆、西藏、黑龙江等地区,次冷区分布在内蒙古、云贵高原地区;人均GDP、人口规模、城市化水平、公共交通是影响长安销售服务业空间分布的主要因素。Using the network density, global trend analysis and ESDA-GIS/GeoDa method, taking Chang'an automobile 4S shops as a case in 2016, this article analyses the spatial distribution of 4S shops in 255 cities in China. The automobile types are divided into three types: passenger car type (PCT), light automobile type (LAT) and business automobile type (BAT). Results show that the network density of different automobile types is significantly different, PCT〉LAT〉BAT, passenger cars have strong sales advantage. In the whole the space distribution of Chang' an automobile 4S shops assumes the eastern=central〉west, central〉south〉north trend; Spatial distribution of 4S shops has the agglomeration characteristics. The spatial distribution of PCT and LAT is similar, and the different distribution types have large differences. The spatial distribution of 4S shops and GDP is highly correlated, but the distribution and population is relatively weakly correlated. The difference between the East and the West divided by Bayannaoer-Puer line is bigger. 4S shops hotspots are concentrated in three Major Urban Agglomerations: Jing-Jin-Ji, the Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing. Secondary hotspots are concentrated in the Middle East (the areas between Yellow River and Yangtze River). Cold spot areas are distributed in Xinjiang, Tibet, Heilongjiang and other regions, and Secondary cold zones are located in Inner Mongolia and Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau Area. Per capita GDP, population size, urbanization level and public transport play a main role in the spatial distribution of Chang'an automobile 4S Shop.
