摘 要:开放是"一带一路"建设的主旋律,而衡量各国旅游开放度并探究其驱动因素是实现"一带一路"沿线国家旅游合作、扩大旅游规模的重要前提。选取"一带一路"沿线欧洲诸国为研究对象,测算各国旅游开放度,借助相关空间计量模型检验旅游开放的空间效应,并探究其驱动因素,数据分析显示:(1)"一带一路"沿线欧洲诸国旅游开放度总体水平较高,其与世界旅游活动互动较为频繁。(2)空间相关性检验显示"一带一路"沿线欧洲诸国旅游开放度存在较为显著的空间效应,且空间效应呈现增强趋势。塞浦路斯、希腊等国是旅游活动的热点区域,而俄罗斯、波兰等国是旅游活动的相对沉寂区。(3)人力资本水平、社会治安、经济发展水平和交通便利化水平是影响旅游开放度的主要因素,而产业结构和人口密度对旅游开放度的正向提升作用并不明显。Openness is the main theme of the construction of "B&R". It is important for the cooperation to measure the tourism openness and explore the driving factors of tourism openness. The authors selected European countries along the "B&R" as a research sample, measured their tourism openness, tested the space effect of tourism openness, and explored its driving factors. The data analysis displays that: (1) Tourism openness degrees of the European countries along the "B&R" are at a generally high level. The tourism of European countries interacts frequently with the world tourism; (2) the test of spatial correlation displays that tourism openness of European countries along the "B&R" exist a significant space effect, and there is an enhancement. Meanwhile, Cyprus, Greece and other countries are tourism hotspots, Russia, and Poland and other countries are freezing point of tourism activities; (3) the level of human capital, social security, economic development and transport facilitation standards are the main factors of affecting tourism openness. However, industrial structure and population don' t have an obviously positive effect on tourism openness.
