抗菌肽对育肥猪生长性能及血液生理生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究无抗日粮中添加抗菌肽制剂对育肥猪生长性能和血液生理、生化指标的影响,试验将60头60 kg左右的育肥猪,随机分为2组,每组3栏,每栏10头。对照组为基础日粮,试验组为50 mg/kg抗菌肽+基础日粮。结果表明:同对照组比较,试验组平均日增重(ADG)提高9.41%(P<0.05),料肉比(F/G)有降低趋势(P=0.09);血清尿素(UREA)含量降低14.98%(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALB)含有上升趋势(P=0.06);血液中红细胞(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)和血小板压积(PCT)分别降低25.92%(P<0.05)、37.63%(P<0.05)、54.16%(P<0.01),血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)和平均血小板体积(MPV)有降低趋势(0.05<P<0.10)。由此可见,育肥猪日粮中添加50 mg/kg抗菌肽可改善机体代谢状态,促进猪生长。The experiment was to study the influences of adding antibacterial peptides to antibiotic -free diets on growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexes in finishing pigs.A total of 60 finishing pigs with 60 kg were randomly allocated to 2 groups with 3 pens per group and 10 pigs per pen.Pigs in the control group were fed basal diet,while others in experimental group were fed the basal diet containing 50 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides.The results re-vealed that, compared with control group , the average daily gain （ADG） was increased by 9.41%（P 〈 0 .0 5 ）, feed conver-sion rate （F/G） had a tendency to reduce （P=0.09）;the content of serum urea （UREA） was decreased by 14.98%（P 〈 0.05） ,albumin （ALB） was increased（P=0.06）;hematal red blood cell （RBC）, platelets（PLT） and thrombocytocrit（PCT） were reduced by 25.92%（P 〈 0.05）, 37.63%（P 〈 0.05）and 54.16%（P 〈 0.01）respectively, hemoglobin（HGB）,mean cor-puscular hemoglobin（MCH）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC） and mean platelet volume （MPV） had a lower tendency in the experimental group.Therefore,adding 50 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides to diets could improve the metabolic status and promote the growth of finishing pigs.
