摘 要:利用1,2,3-三氮唑-4,5-二羧酸和磷钨酸二者的水溶液在室温下混合反应,合成了1,2,3-三氮唑-4,5-二羧酸-磷钨酸(TDA-HPW)固体酸催化剂,并以环己酮和乙二醇的缩合反应为探针反应,对其催化性能进行评价。结构分析表明,TDA-HPW不仅保留有磷钨酸的Keggin结构,而且具有较强的酸强度;催化反应结果表明TDA-HPW是良好的催化合成环己酮缩乙二醇的固体酸催化剂,在较优化条件下缩酮产率可达到99.7%;TDA-HPW具有较好的重复利用性,经简单过滤回收,重复使用4次,仍具有较高的催化活性。A solid acid catalyst TDA-HPW was prepared by the reaction of 1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid( TDA) and phosphotungstic acid( HPW) in aqueous solutions at room temperature.Its catalytic property was evaluated in the condensation reaction of cyclohexanone and glycol.The results showed that TDA-HPW not only contained the typical Keggin structure,but also had strong acid strength.TDA-HPW exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the synthesis of cyclohexanone glycol ketal,and the 99. 7% yield was obtained under the optimal condition. TDA-HPW also presented good re-usability,suggesting that TDA-HPW was a promising heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of acetal or ketal.
