摘  要:溶解过程是羊毛角蛋白利用的重要中间环节,对溶解机理进行实证研究对于正确选择溶剂体系具有指导意义。用FTIR对羊毛经巯基乙醇溶剂体系不同时间溶解后的残余物进行扫描,研究羊毛结构中二硫键的拆除以及聚集态结构转变等情况。通过对1 200~1 000cm^(-1)谱带和2 960cm^(-1)谱带的对比分析证实了羊毛二硫键的断裂;通过对酰胺Ⅲ谱带和酰胺I谱带的指认,证实了羊毛大分子构象存在由β-折叠向α-螺旋转变的现象;用I1238/I1450指标进行定量分析发现,随着溶解时间的延长,结晶区变疏松,内部结构的无序性增加;相对于未处理羊毛,溶解试样的氢键吸收谱带的红移证实,纤维中非晶区先被溶解,某些肽键易被水解,有些肽键则有较好的稳定性,即羊毛很难被完全溶解。The dissolution process is the core link of utilization of wool keratin waste, The empirical stud-y on the dissolution mechanism has a guiding significance for the selection of solvent system. The residues, of which wool is dissolved in mercaptoethanol solvent system with different time, is scanned by using FTIR, and the removal of disulfide bond in the state of aggregation structure transformation is studied. It is confirmed that wool disulfide bond is ruptured with the contrast to 1 200 cm-1 -1 000 cm-1 band and 2 960 cm-1 band. By am-ide HI band and amide I band, there exist macromolecular conformation transform from beta fold to alpha helix. With Ii23s /u 5〇 index quantitative analysis, it is found that longer duration of dissolution results crystalline re-gion swollen, the disorder in internal structure increased; compard with untreated wool the hydrogen bond ab-sorption spectrum with redshift can confirm the disorder area is first dissolved, and it is found that some of the peptide bond has a better stability, which shows that wool is difficult to be completely dissolved.
