摘 要:为了研究R290工质在热泵热水器系统中的应用可行性,在R22水源热泵实验台上用R290工质进行了直接充灌式替代的实验研究。研究结果表明:与R22系统相比,名义工况下R290系统的制热性能系数COP_h提高了3.1%,其最佳充灌量仅为R22系统的43.8%,冷凝压力、功率和排气温度均较低;在变工况条件下,R290系统的COP_h高于R22系统,冷凝压力和排气温度较R22系统均明显降低。In order to study the feasibility of R290 as the substitute for R22 in heat pump water heater system, the experimental study on the performance of R290 as the drop-in substitute was carried out in the in-stant water source heat pump water heater. The experimental results show that compared with the R22 sys-tem, the COPh R290 system is increased by 3. 1% under the nominal operating condition, and the optimum charge of R290 is 43. 8% of that of R22. At the same time, the condensation pressure, power consumption and exhaust temperature are lower than R22 system. Under varying operating conditions, the COPh of R290 system is always higher than that of R22, and both the corresponding condensing pressure and exhaust temperature are significantly lower than that of R22.
