绵萆薢化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：采用现代分离技术对绵萆薢的化学成分进行了分离纯化,并用波谱技术鉴定了其结构.结果表明:从该植物提取物中分离得到了8个化合物,分别为(4E,6E)-1,7-双(4-羟基苯基)-4,6-庚二烯-3-酮(1)、(4E,6E)-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-(4-羟基苯基)-4,6-庚二烯-3-酮(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、cis-3-isobutyl-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2,5-dione(4)、(3S)-6,8-二羟基-3-苯基-3,4-二氢异香豆素(5)、α-亚麻酸(6)、1-亚油酸甘油单酯(7)、亚油酸(8),其中化合物3、4、6、7、8为首次从该植物分离得到,且化合物4、6、7、8是首次从该属植物中分离得到.The modern extraction techniques and spectral analysis were used to study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea septemloba Thunb.Eight compounds were obtained and identified as （4E,6E）-7-（4-hydroxyphenyl）-1-（4-hydroxyphenyl）hepta-4,6-dien-3-one （1）,（4E,6E）-7-（4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl）-1-（4-hydroxyphenyl）hepta-4,6-dien-3-one （2）,4-hydroxy benzaldehyde （3）,cis-3-isobutyl-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a] pyridine-2,5-dione （4）,（S）-6,8-dihydroxy-3-phenylisochroman-1-one （5）,α-Linolenic acid （6）,1-Linoleic acid glycerol ester （7）,Linoleic acid （8）.Compounds 3,4,6,7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time,moreover,compounds 4,6,7 and 8 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
