摘  要:对茂名乙烯1号裂解装置碱洗塔在长周期运行中发生堵塞的原因进行了分析。通过注入黄油抑制剂,加注冲洗油,采用波动法除垢技术可有效缓解碱洗塔塔盘堵塞。同时,提出碱洗塔由二段碱洗改造成三段碱洗,并在碱洗塔入口增加裂解气过热器,可从根本上解决黄油生成量大导致塔盘堵塞的问题。This article analyzes the reasons for the clogging problem in the long term operation of caustic wash tower in the No.1Ethylene Plant at SINOPEC Maoming Company.The clogging of trays in the caustic wash tower can be effectively mitigated byinjecting grease inhibitor,increasing the frequency of wash oil injection and adopting descaling technology by wave method.This paper presents that revamping two-stage caustic wash into three-stage caustic wash and installing a cracked gas superheater at the inlet of caustic wash tower is a fundamental solution to the clogging problem of trays caused by the large amount of grease.
