摘  要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司乙烯装置丙烯精馏塔冷凝器,在运行过程中冷凝能力降低,导致丙烯精馏塔塔顶压力超标,装置被迫降低加工负荷运行。通过研究分析,找到了其原因并采取一系列整改措施。经过对换热器冷却水流程进行技术改造,换热器冷凝能力大幅提高,满足了装置生产的需要,提高了丙烯的产量,减少了排放,降低了生产成本。During the operation of propylene rectification tower in the ethylene plant at Petro China Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,the reduced condensing capacity of condenser led to the over high overhead pressure of the propylene rectification tower,so the ethylene plant was forced to be operated at lower processing load.Through research and analysis,the causes of the problem were identified,a series of improvement measures were taken,and a technological renovation was carried out on the cooling water process of heat exchanger.After renovation,the condensing capacity of the heat exchanger is greatly increased,meeting the needs of production.Meanwhile,the propylene yield is improved,the emission is reduced,and the production cost is lowered.
