摘　　要：大庆石化公司一套乙烯装置碱洗系统近年来出现诸多问题,影响到装置长周期运行和指标的优化。文章从原料、操作条件、辅助化学剂等多方面展开讨论,对相关问题进行系统总结,针对问题的成因提出了相应的应对措施和优化手段,可对未来碱洗系统实现长周期运行提供参考。The caustic washing system of the No.1 Ethylene Plant at Petro China Daqing Petrochemical Company has been facing many problems in recent years,affecting the long-term operation of the unit and the optimization of indices.This article discusses these problems from the aspects of feed quality,operating conditions and chemical agents,systematically summarizes relevant problems,and puts forward corresponding response measures and optimization methods.It provides reference for the long-term operation of caustic washing system in the future.
