摘 要:提出了一种高效的用于卫星通信的波导内空间功率合成结构,利用三维电磁场仿真软件建模仿真并优化,在13.5GHz^15.2GHz频率范围内回波损耗均优于39d B,插入损耗低于0.1d B,同时设计了低损耗T型功率分配/合成网络,空间合成结构与T型功率分配/合成网络一体化设计,最终研制出波导内空间功率合成放大器,实测在13.75GHz GHz^14.5GHz频率范围内,输出功率大于46.8W,总合成效率约为78%。In this paper,a high efficiency spatial power-combining structure for satellite communications is described,The parameters of power-combining structure are simulated and optimized by 3D electromagnetic simulation software.Simulation results show that the return loss is better than 39dB and the insertion loss is better than 0.1dB in the frequency range of 13.5GHz^15.2GHz,and the low loss T type divider/combiner is designed.The power amplifier is fabricated based on both structure.Test results prove that the great 46.8W saturation power is achieved within the band of 13.75GHz^14.5GHz and the power combining-efficiency is more than 78%,higher power combining-efficiency is proved.
