摘  要:为了研究LNG工厂停产状态下循环冷却系统特性,找到冷态运行经济与环保共赢方案,结合LNG工厂停产情况下循环系统各项控制实例,通过添加更换药剂、优化循环水流量,控制循环水泵电耗,制定方案。研究表明:浓缩倍数是水质处理的关键因素。高浓缩倍数状态时,药剂在水中的停留时间更长,应选用稳定性优良、不易分解的药剂。若浓缩倍数发生大幅降低则必须立即调整药剂用量及种类,同时循环水泵流量控制必须与药剂控制复合使用。p H值调节对水质处理有辅助作用,后续可对此开展节能措施研究。具体可通过p H调节、药剂调节与流量调节协同配合的方式达到最好水质处理效果,取得最大经济效应。I n order to study the character ist ics of ci r culat ing cool ing s y s tem of LNG plant under shutdown state and find out win-win solution between economy and environmental protection for cold- operation, combined wi th the control cases of ci rculating system in LNG plant during shut down, plan has been made by adding and changing chemicals, optimizing ci rculating water flow, control l ing ci rculating water pump power consumpt ion. Research shows that concent rat ion ratio is a key factor in water t reatment . Wi th high concent rat ion ratio, chemicals will stay longer in the water. Persistent chemicals wi th goodstability shal l be selected. If at a much lower concentration multiple, adjustments must be made immediately to chemical dosage and types. Ci rculating water pump flow control must be used wi th chemical control . PH adjustment is helpful to water t reatment and has high potential value for energy saving. PH adjustment can be used in combination wi th chemical control and flow control to achieve the best water t reatment wi th biggest economic effect.
