摘 要:仪纶由于其分子结构中既有聚酯的单元,又含有聚酰胺的单元,用显微镜法、燃烧法、化学溶解法等难以对纺织品中的仪纶与涤纶、锦纶进行区分。为此,研究了仪纶、涤纶、锦纶6在分散染料常压染色、红外光谱分析及DSC分析结果的差异。结果表明,根据样品的常压染色情况、红外光谱图中特征吸收峰位置及DSC图中熔融峰位置及熔点数据等综合特征可定性鉴别出待测样品中是否含有仪纶成分。; There are unit structure of both Polyester and polyamide in molecular chain of YILON ( a Polyester - amide fibers) , so the dissolution performance in chemical reagent is similar to Polyester and Polyamide fibers. It's difficult to identificate YILON from Polyester and polyamide fibers in the mixsture textile sample through the methods of microscopic observation, burning method, dissolution method etc. For this reason, the constant pressure dying performance difference in dispersion dyes, the result difference of infrared absorption spectrometry and DSC analysis of YILON and Polyester and polyamide fibers were studied. The results showed that on the basis of the results of the characteristics of the constant pressure dying performance and the absorption peak in infrared absorption spectrogram and melting point in DSC diagram, YILON can be identificated from the textile sample.
