摘　　要：中国新安全观是对传统安全理论的超越,是当代中国实现伟大复兴的新宣言,是新时期下中国发展国家关系的准则。中国新安全观是以中国新安全观核心要义为基础、以国家安全观和亚洲新安全观为支撑的国家安全战略。以国家利益论评析中国新安全观,可以完整、准确、科学地从安全、经济、政治、文化等国家利益的核心方面说明中国国家利益对中国新安全观的需要,深刻揭示中国新安全观的全面性、先进性、时代性和发展性。China s new security concept is a transcendence of traditional security theory, a new manifestation of the great renaissance of contemporary China, and a guideline for Chinas development of state - to - state relations in the new era. China s new security concept is based on the core concept of China^s new security concept, which is supported by the overall national security concept and the new Asian security concept. The new security concept of China can be analyzed in terms of national interest. It can be a complete, accurate and scientific explanation of Chinas national interests to the needs of the security of the peoples republic of china from the core aspects of national security such as security, economy, politics and culture. It incisively reveals the comprehensiveness, progessiveness, time, and development of the chinas new security concept.
