摘　　要：并购是涉及企业成长与发展的主要企业战略行为之一,战略管理、财务管理、人力资源和金融等多个学科的学者都在关注并购,特别是最近20年相关成果迅速增长。运用文献计量研究方法,通过文献共被引的计量分析,梳理了并购领域的理论发展脉络及演进机制,并通过研究热点关键词推测未来并购研究的主题。为学术界系统理解已有成果,并在此基础上进一步开展相关研究提供启示。Mergers and acquisitions are one of the main enterprise strategic behaviors related to the growth and development of the enterprise. However, scholars inmany disciplines such as strategic management, financial management, human resources and finance are paying close attention to mer-gers and acquisitions and have carried out a large amount of academic research. By using the biblio-metric method, this paper provides us theoretical development and evolution mechanism of M ＆ A through analyzing the number of citations, and then through analyzing the latest hot keywords in re-search making properly assumptions of the future topic of mergers and acquisitions research. This paper will help the academic and practice circle to systematically understand the existing research a-chievements in the field of mergers and acquisitions, and to further develop some relevant academic researches on this basis.
