摘 要:在建筑工程规划条件核实、房产和地籍测绘中,建筑基底面积如何计算很多规范没有明确定义,而在规划条件核实和房产及地籍测绘中建筑基底面积是必须核准和测绘的技术指标。作者结合在建筑工程规划条件核实和房产及地籍测绘中多年的实践积累,对建筑基底面积计算与不计算要求细则及范围进行了探讨;对于建筑基底面积计算规范、统一,起到了一定的促进作用。In the construction planning condition verification,real estate and building area in Cadastral Surveying and mapping,how to calculate many of the rules is not clearly defined,but in terms of planning and property verification and cadastral surveying and mapping building area must be approved and the technical index of Surveying and mapping.The author for many years in the construction planning and property verification conditions and cadastral surveying and mapping of the accumulation of building area and how to define the detailed calculation and scope are discussed; the calculation standard,unified for building area,has played a positive role in promoting.
