摘　　要：随着湖南国家农村农业信息化示范省综合服务平台与农村物联网基础平台的运行,对农村文化宣传阵地提出了新的要求。为了适应这一要求,提出一个基于SSM框架与ARM9嵌入式系统的农村应急广播系统。本系统具有可寻址和应急发布信息功能,可以远程开关单个或者多个村的广播,广播终端能按"节目播出单"独立完成播放、转播等多项任务,系统管理软件可以实现省、市、县应急广播的联网播出和管理,也可以与各地"一键式"应急发布系统平台联网运行。通过近两个月的测试与试用,本系统基本满足当前农村文化宣传的要求。As the national rural hunan agricultural informationization demonstration province comprehensive service platform and the operation o f rural io t foundation platform. This system has the function of addressable and emergency release information, Can be single or multiple remote switch village of broadcasting, Radio terminal can press 〈6show BoChuDan,, independently play, Multiple tasks such as broadcast, System management software can realize the provincial, c ity and county emergency radio broadcast net- work and management, “ One- c lic k” around w ith emergency release system platform fo r networking. Test and tr ia l by nearly two months, This system basically meet the requirements o f the current rural cultural propaganda.
