摘  要:目的:对我院111例氟喹诺酮类药品所致药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)报告进行回顾性分析,探讨其ADR/ADE发生的特点和规律。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,对2014年1月1日–2016年6月30日期间我院上报至国家药品不良反应监测中心的111例氟喹诺酮类药品ADR/ADE报告进行分析,包括患者基本情况、原患疾病、过敏史、药品品种、滴注速度、给药途径、ADR发生的时间、ADR/ADE累及系统/器官及临床表现、严重不良反应结果等项目进行统计分析。结果:111例氟喹诺酮类ADR/ADE报告中,女性多于男性,60岁以上患者居多;31例患者有过敏史;给药途径以静脉滴注为主;99.10%ADR/ADE发生在60 min之内;累及系统/器官最常见的是皮肤及其附件损害;14例为严重ADR/ADE,均未标注滴速。结论:使用氟喹诺酮类药品应严格按药品使用说明书用药,加强用药过程监护,减少药品带来的严重伤害。Objective: To retrospectively analyze 111 cases of ADR/ADE caused by fuoroquinolones in our hospital, and to explore its characteristics and regularity. Methods: From January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016, 111 ADR/ADE reports reported to the National Center for ADR Monitoring by our hospital were analyzed statistically according to the items of the basic situation of patients, the original disease, allergies, drug varieties, the speed of infusion, route of administration, adverse reaction occurred of the time, ADR/ADE involving the system/organ and clinical manifestations, serious adverse reaction results, etc. Results: Among the 111 cases of ADR/ADE induced by fuoroquinolone, there were more female than male, most of them were more than 60 years old; 31 patients had allergy histories; the main drug administration route was intravenous drip; 99.10% of ADR/ADE occured within 60 minutes; the most common system/organ involved were skin and its attachments injures; 14 cases were severe ADR/ADE; none of the speed of infusion was marked. Conclusion: Fluoroquinolones should be strictly used in accordance with drug instructions. Medication care should be strengthened to reduce the serious injury caused by drugs.
