四肢骨折术后疼痛患者早期实施生命力护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析对四肢骨折术后疼痛患者早期实施生命力护理的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1—12月期间收治的60例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组术后给予传统常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予生命力护理,比较两组术后疼痛评分、护理满意度等。结果研究组术后2 h疼痛评分(4.59±1.01)分、术后6 h(3.22±1.11)分、术后1 d(2.31±1.22)分、术后2 d(1.34±0.58)分、术后3 d(0.51±0.11)分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肢体功能恢复93.33%、护理满意度96.67%、并发症发生率0.00%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢骨折术后疼痛患者早期实施生命力护理,临床效果确切,有效改善患者术后疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of early implementation of vitality nursing of pains patients after the upper and lower extremities fractures surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with upper and lower extremities fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group adopted the traditional routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the vitality nursing,and the postoperative pains scores and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The pains scores at 2 h,6 h,1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation in the research group were respectively（4.59 ±1.01）points,（3.22 ±1.11）points,（2.31 ±1.22）points,（1.34 ±0.58）points and（0.51 ±0.11）points,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the limb function recovery,nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of complications in the research group were respectively 93.33%,96.67% and 0.00%,and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of early implementation of vitality nursing of pains patients after the upper and lower extremities fractures surgery is definite,which can effectively improve the postoperative pains degree and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worth clinical promotion.
