乙型肝炎病毒阳性患者的HBV-DNA、乙肝两对半和血清酶ALT测定结果关系

摘　　要：目的探讨乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)检测与乙肝两对半检测及血清酶谷丙转氨酶(ALT)测定的关系。方法方便选择该院在2014年10月—2016年10月期间收治的177例乙肝病毒阳性患者作为研究对象,采集患者的血清测定HBV-DNA含量、乙肝标志物及血清酶ALT值,并对其进行统计学分析。结果以HBsAg^+、HBcAb^+患者的HBVDNA定量总阳性率(38.7%)为参考值,大三阳(HBsAg^+、HBeAg^+、HBcAb^+)患者的HBV-DNA定量总阳性率为95.2%,与参考值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),小三阳(HBsAg^+、HBeAb^+、HBcAb^+)患者的HBV-DNA定量总阳性率为39.7%,与参考值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并且大三阳与小三阳患者HBV-DNA定量阳性率间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者血清ALT含量在HBV-DNA量的不同范围内有明显变化,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者HBV-DNA量与乙肝两对半检测结果及血清酶ALT含量有相关性,对乙肝患者的病情诊断具有重要价值。Objective To discuss the correlation between the HBV-DNA,second liver two half-and-half and serum enzyme ALT of patients with positive hepatitis B virus. Methods 177 cases of patients with positive hepatitis B virus admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were convenient selected and the HBV-DNA content, HBV marker and serum enzyme ALT value for statistical analysis. Results The difference in the total positive rate of HBV-DNA quantify of patients with HBsAg^＋and HBc Ab^＋and patients with HBsAg^＋, HBeAg^＋and HBc Ab^＋was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）（95.2% vs 38.7%）, and the difference in the total positive rate of HBV-DNA quantify of patients with HBsAg^＋and HBc Ab^＋and patients with HBsAg^＋, HBeAb^＋and HBc Ab^＋was not statistically significant,（39.7% vs 38.7%）,（P〈0.05）,and the difference in the positive rate of HBV-DNA quantify between the patients with HBsAg^＋, HBeAg^＋and HBc Ab^＋and the patients with HBsAg^＋, HBeAb^＋and HBc Ab^＋was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and there were obvious changes of the serum ALT contents in different ranges of HBV-DNA, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The HBV-DNA, second liver two half-and-half and serum enzyme ALT have a correlation, which is of important value to the diagnosis of disease of patients with hepatitis B.
