人性化护理在抑郁症患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院2014年12月—2016年12月期间接收的56例抑郁症患者,根据护理模式的不同分为两组。常规护理组给予抑郁症患者的常规性护理措施,人性化护理组在常规护理组基础上加以人性化护理措施。对照两组患者生活质量、抑郁状态以及护理满意度。结果人性化护理组护理后生理功能(12.63±2.35)分、心理功能(11.58±0.27)分、社会关系(11.33±1.00)分、周围环境(11.03±1.11)分等生活质量项目得分均高于常规护理组,抑郁状态评分(11.85±1.37)分低于常规护理组,护理满意度(100.00%)高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症患者中采用人性化护理措施可显著提升患者生活质量,改善患者抑郁状态,应在临床护理中加以推广。Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic nursing in the depression patients. Methods 56 cases of depression patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to nursing models, the routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the humanistic nursing group adopted the humanistic nursing measures on the basis of the routine nursing, and the quality of life, depression state and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the physical function, mental function, social relationship and surroundings in the humanistic nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the depression state score was lower than that in the routine nursing group, and the nursing satisfactory degree was higher than that in the routine nursing group, which were respectively（12.63±2.35）scores,（11.58±0.27）scores,（11.33±1.00）scores,（11.03±1.11）scores,（11.85±1.37）scores and 100.00%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing measures for depression patients can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and improve the depression state of patients, which should be promoted in the clinical nursing.
