摘  要:目的着重于探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者运用靶点射频消融治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取80例苏州平江医院2015年2月—2017年3月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,按照随机数字法分组,因而实验组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规保守治疗,实验组采用靶点射频消融治疗,比较两组腰椎间盘恢复优良率、治疗总有效率与NRS评分。结果实验组NRS评分为(3.1±1.2)分,腰椎间盘恢复优良率为97.5%,治疗总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论靶点射频消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,不仅可降低其NRS评分,也可提高其腰椎间盘恢复优良率,临床应用价值极高。Objective To especially study the clinical effect of target point radio frequency ablation in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine conservative treatment, while the experimental group adopted the target point radio frequency ablation, and the excellent and good rate of recovery of lumbar intervertebral discs, total treatment effective rate and NRS score were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS score, excellent and good rate of recovery of lumbar intervertebral discs, total treatment effective rate were respectively(3.1±1.2)scores, 97.5% and95%, which were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of target point radio frequency ablation in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is definite, which can not only reduce the NRS score but also improve the excellent and good rate of recovery of lumbar intervertebral discs, and the clinical application value is extremely high.
