摘　　要：文中介绍了S医药物流中心在仓储管理方面的现状,包括设施设备管理及药品出入库流程等。通过实地调研了解到该物流中心还存在信息传递不及时、库存控制不到位、拣选路径有待优化等相关问题。并针对以上问题提出了相应的优化建议措施。This article describes the status of a medical logistics centre in warehousing management, including facilities equipment management and drug access processes. According to practical research,the flow of information in the logistics centre is not available, the path of picking is not good and the layout of the library is not unreasonable. This article has proposed a corresponding measures to the above questions.
